PRESENTATIONS

THE MONOGAMY SPECTRUM

KEYNOTE OR WORKSHOP

Inspired by Justin’s Book: The Monogamy Spectrum, this talk brings heart, humor, and lived experience to the stage. It invites audiences to rethink how commitment, intimacy, freedom, and loyalty actually function in real relationships. The goal is simple. Participants leave with a clearer understanding of their relational preferences around physical, emotional, and financial monogamy, along with practical tools to communicate those preferences and the confidence to design agreements that feel honest, stable, and sustainable.

Drawing from twenty-five years with his husband, Joe, and key frameworks from the book such as stable dating, the Three Entities, the Horseshoe of Relationship Health, and the Growth Patterns diagram, Justin guides the room away from rigid “right or wrong” thinking and toward thoughtful, authentic relationship design.

The Monogamy Spectrum Talk is not about becoming non-monogamous. It’s about becoming intentional, aligned, and exact about what monogamy means to you and your partner.

THE RELATIONABLE TOOLKIT

KEYNOTE OR WORKSHOP

This talk brings the core message of The Relationable Toolkit Book to life: culture is not something you inherit, it is something you design. Leaders and teams are always building culture, whether they intend to or not. Every reaction, tone shift, silence, and moment of honesty becomes part of the architecture of belonging.

Drawing from the three major tool groups in the book, Culture Setting Tools, Safety Creation Tools, and Self-Discipline Tools, this session teaches participants how to create trust through clarity, reduce friction with intention, and regulate emotional heat before it spreads through a team.

Through stories such as the warehouse fire, the political division at work, and the rebuilding of your own emotional intelligence, Justin offers a practical path for leaders who want to cultivate cultures that remain steady during conflict, connected during change, and aligned through growth.

The Relationable Toolkit Talk is functional emotional intelligence for real organizations, delivered with humor, vulnerability, and actionable tools anyone can use.
